4.1Refrigerator Performance Testing System
1. System summarize
The refrigerator cooling testing system that developed by us uses network structure and digital communication technique to ensure veracity of data transmit and improve system ability of expanding and maintenance. It is a good replacing system for current simulation testing system and it shows hearty life-force. We are winners to compete with others in public bidding of project and getting a good reputation. Example as BSH cooling appliances co., ltd., Haier group, Meiling group, Xinfei corporation and so on.
The system can test many performance parameters of refrigerator, such as temperatures, input power, power consumption, power factor, working status of electromagnetism valve and so on. It is a general system, it can test cooling speed as well as long time aging-test (simulation using condition), and then it can test some items of standard testing for refrigerator.
Our designers know well manufacture technique and characteristic of refrigerator. They have plenty of experience for testing and designing.
2. System request
According to Specification of Cooling Testing System, there are 5 pcs testing lines and there are 42 pcs testing points for each testing line, total 210 pcs testing points. Temperature of freezer and cooler should be tested for each testing point.
3. System composing
3.1 The system bases on 485 bus, using 1 set computer to manage 5 pcs testing lines.
3.2 It will be set up with 1 pcs long-distance temperature module and 2 pcs temperature sensors for each testing point. All of the modules can transfer real time tested data to computer, the data is managed by the computer and can be printed out at any time.
3.3 It will be set up with 1 set barcode scanner to transfer information of product model to computer in the testing system.
3.4 It will be set up with1 set laser printer to print report forms and curve of tested data.
3.5 It will be set up with 1 pcs environment temperature module and 1 pcs temperature sensor to test environment temperature of each testing line.
3.6 All modules and temperature sensors of the system will be fixed in Specific cable channel, its model is 100*75
4. System parameter
4.1 Testing temperature range: –50℃~+80℃, testing accuracy: ±0.5℃, minimum unit:0.1℃
4.2 Power supply :AC220V/50Hz±10%
4.3 Environment temperature for testing system: 5~50℃,humidity: <90%
5. System function
5.1 The system collects real time temperature data from each testing point.
5.2 Computer manages these data sent from each testing point and displays it. And can print the data at any moment.
5.3 Testing periods and collection periods could be set up.
5.4 System has diagnosing function for failure at the same time displays the code of failure and No. of testing point .
5.5 System has self-calibrating function for testing parameters comparing to the standard parameters.
5.6 System sets one sensor to detect the temperature of Environment and displays it in the system.
5.7 Performance curves of random 6 refrigerators can be displayed in one chart for easy comparison among them.
5.8 In chart area, The system can display parameter value of temperature for every points when moving mouse to the point and single-clicking it.
5.9 Tested data is saved in the system with database, it is very easy for querying and statistics.

The production line including the the following steps according to general fridge producing processing and layout:
① Fridge cabinet pre-assembling line( with rubber on conveyer to safeguarding the surface quality of fridge cabinet);
② Conveying into the cabinet foaming conveyer system for foaming and the foamed cabinets will be transported out to the deposited line area(generally amounts are between 100-200sets foamed cabinet, another advantage is to classify the fridge specification in line to wait for into assembling line sequently and orderly.
③ Vacuumizing circling line with pumps fitting trolleys: the vacuum pump’s amounts will be decided according to production capacity/per year /per single shift.
④ Refrigerant injection machine section.
⑤ Compressor ‘s sealing and welding after refrigerant injection.
⑥ Leakage inspection sector.
⑦ Section for Intelligent comprehensive safety tester(fridge safety inspection)
⑧ production test system is used to test refrigerating and safety performances of refrigerators.
Processing flow: When refrigerators enter into commercial test room, they are distributed to test lines. When a test line is full, power plugs are plugged in and the probes are put in place to start reading the bar code of each refrigerator.
